Shipping

At Cosycuties, we want your order to arrive safely and as smoothly as possible.

Delivery time

Orders to the Netherlands usually arrive within 5–8 business days. For other countries, you see the expected delivery time at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by local carriers, holidays or unexpected delays.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

Ordering for Christmas

Want it under the tree? Order at least 8 business days before you need it, so there is time for delivery.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. You always see the final price before placing your order.

International orders

For orders outside the European Union, customs fees, import duties or taxes may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Read our refund policy for the details.
